A facility designed to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our residents.Orchid facility is a 6-bed RCFE located in Tarzana, CA. It was recently refurbished to provide and a rich and vibrant home life to seniors who could benefit from non-medical 24-hour supervised care. Nutritious meals are prepared on site, and every resident receives the personal attention they need. With a variety of indoor and outdoor activities available on the premises, Orchid facility combines the latest in amenities and a welcoming family atmosphere.
6 Private Bedrooms
Each bedroom is carpeted and available furnished or unfurnished. Some bedrooms include their own private bathroom.
55” Flat Screen TVs and Satellite TV
Most rooms come equipped with 55” TVs with DirecTV service, movie channels and Netflix.
Independent Air Conditioning / Heating in every room
Each bedroom offers its own Air conditioning / heating system that gives the resident full control of their own rooms comfort level.
Large Bathrooms with Walk-In Showers
All bathrooms include ADA compliant sink and countertops for easy wheelchair access. The Walk-in showers are curbless and have custom-built folding benches enhance resident convenience and safety.
Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water
Reverse osmosis filtration removes up to 99% of contaminants found in tap water and provides great tasting drinking water.
Electric Beds with Massagers
Adjustable electric beds make it easy to find a comfortable position, while the built-in massager helps soothe aches and pains.
Latex Bed Mattress
100% natural Dunlop Latex mattresses come standard in every bedroom. Latex is known to be the most Hygienic and comfortable.
Rocking/Recliner Sofas
To help promote indoor relaxation, the facility features adjustable rocker/recliner sofas.
Wheelchair Ramps
Front and backyard wheelchair ramps offer timely and convenient access in and out of the facility.
24-Hour Supervision
The live-in staff quarters enable us to provide 24-hour resident supervision.
Covered Patio
Residents enjoy fresh air out on the large covered patio deck that’s custom lit and has its own fan.
Custom Closets
Bedrooms are refurbished with spacious custom closets and built-in shelving.
